Decades of combined expertise in real estate brokerage, property management, commercial banking, and development — guiding every investment decision.
Troy brings over 30 years of hands-on property experience, including building four homes and completing several remodel projects. In addition to his real estate brokerage work, he leads Treasured Properties and oversees brokerage operations, development planning, and investment opportunities across Utah. Troy is also currently pursuing his General Contractor license.
Nathan serves as Co-Founder and Managing Broker of the Property Management Division, overseeing property management operations and investor relations. He holds a Master's degree in Business and previously worked as a commercial banker and trust officer. His background provides strong financial insight, underwriting discipline, and investment strategy experience.
