Troy Moultrie didn't start in real estate — he started with a hammer and a set of blueprints. He built his first home at 19 years old, went on to do residential and commercial HVAC for new construction, built several homes from scratch, and has remodeled countless others. There is almost nothing you can do to a house — framing, mechanical, electrical, finish work, structural — that Troy hasn't done himself. As a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Utah, that depth of hands-on knowledge is now backed by the full weight of professional licensure — and it's the foundation everything else is built on.
A lifelong Utahn with deep roots in Washington County's real estate and business community, Troy founded Treasured Properties, brokered by Real Broker LLC's Luxury Division. He holds four professional certifications spanning the full range of clients he serves — from Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with GUILD™ recognition for Southern Utah's premier communities, to Certified Divorce Real Estate Specialist® for families navigating one of the most charged transactions there is, working directly alongside attorneys, mediators, and financial advisors to protect equity and reach fair outcomes.
He is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Agent — a designation he shares with co-founder Nathan Holt — meaning estate sales, trust properties, and court-supervised transactions are handled by two certified specialists, not one. His Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist designation rounds out a skillset built for every life stage and every transaction type. His tenure as a former planning commissioner in Davis County gives him working knowledge of zoning, land use, and local government processes that most agents have never encountered. Troy leads the real estate sales side of Treasured Properties and oversees all construction and home solutions operations through Utah Total Home Care LLC. Nathan Holt brings something rare to the real estate world: a career that began not in sales, but in the trust and finance industry — managing assets, protecting wealth, and operating under fiduciary responsibility. Before leading the property management division, Nathan served as a Trust Administrator at Wells Fargo, where he was recognized as the top performer in the Dixie District for sales and client satisfaction, and as a Branch Manager at First Foundation Inc. — roles that demanded precision, accountability, and a sophisticated understanding of how financial assets behave over time.
That foundation is exactly why property owners trust him with their investments. Nathan holds an MBA from Southern Utah University, where he also served as Vice President of the Utah Professional Business Leaders. He has spent over a decade building deep roots in St. George, accumulating the kind of local knowledge that only comes from actually living, working, and investing in a community.
As Principal Broker of Treasured Property Management, PLLC, he oversees a full-service operation powered by Rentvine — handling tenant screening, lease management, maintenance coordination, owner reporting, and everything in between. Nathan holds four real estate certifications: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Probate Real Estate Agent — a designation he shares with Troy, making Treasured Properties one of the only teams in Southern Utah with two certified probate specialists — Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). The MRP reflects his personal commitment through the Heroes Program, offering special real estate incentives to active duty military, veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals.
Off the clock, Nathan serves on the board of Root for Kids, a nonprofit focused on early childhood development in Southern Utah, and serves as CFO of the Treasured Housing Foundation — the 501(c)(3) built to help renters across Washington County take the steps toward homeownership. His community involvement isn't a talking point — it's where he actually spends his time.

Court leads Treasured Properties Home Solutions — the division that handles home care plans, remodeling, and new construction coordination. He manages the vendor network that keeps properties maintained and projects on schedule, works alongside the property management division on owner needs, and partners with Troy on remodeling and new construction projects. If something needs to be built, fixed, or managed at the property level, Court is the one who makes it happen.
Jonah leads the First-Time Homebuyer Program at Treasured Properties — a dedicated pathway for buyers navigating the process for the first time. From understanding financing options and building credit, to walking through offers and negotiations, Jonah specializes in making what can feel overwhelming feel approachable, clear, and empowering. His role connects directly to the mission of the Treasured Housing Foundation and the team's broader commitment to turning renters into owners.

The Treasured Housing Foundation (THF) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded to bridge the gap between renting and owning. Through free educational sessions, one-on-one consultations, credit coaching partnerships, and connections to down payment assistance programs, THF gives renters across Southern Utah a genuine, practical path to homeownership.
The Foundation works alongside Treasured Property Management's resident base — offering the people already in their care the knowledge, resources, and support to eventually own. Troy serves as Chairman of the Board. Nathan serves as CFO. Troy's construction background informs the homeownership education. Jonah Larsen connects first-time buyer program participants directly into the process. The entire team is invested in turning renters into homeowners — one family at a time.
