I can not recommend Troy enough. He isn’t like other realtors, he has your actual interest at heart; and he knows the area like the back of his hand. We looked at a few houses with him and I was blown away when he told us “this one isn’t for you, we can do better”. He never tried to push a sale and just kept saying “if it’s meant to be it’ll be”. His level of experience is astounding. After we found the house, there was a few weeks before we were able to move in, he kept checking on our house in the meantime/ keeping an eye on it, and helped us work with the builder on some items that came up.I could go on forever on the many ways he helped us. Troy Moultrie is the best, simply better than the rest. I demanded the perfect home and fun while looking for it and he delivered. I now live in Ivins, Utah and love every minute.
